The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit bid proposals from qualified Managed Print Services Providers (Provider) as outlined in this RFP. The goal of this RFP is to replace and consolidate all existing units, minimize cost, while maintaining and improving current services under a single contract. The Center currently operates a fleet of 34 copiers with varying lease end dates, as well as some owned units.

Background

The vision of the Institute is to increase access to justice for court-involved families by equipping practitioners with a coordinated structure for training and support that strengthens the overall quality of family court practice across New York State and broaden system impact. This RFP is for the development of a website where family court practitioners across New York can freely access resources, online trainings, and technical support to strengthen their practice.

Proposals are due February 27, 5pm ET and must be emailed to Senior Program Manager, Shashika Peeligama: peeligamas@innovatingjustice.org. The Center anticipates selecting a vendor and commencing the work by the end of March.

The Center’s Child Witness Materials Team is seeking a national printing vendor, or several regional printing vendors, to print large orders of materials for children, funded by the Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime, and ship them to agencies around the country. Printing vendors are expected to print and ship the materials at a cost effective price to approximately 35-40 agencies around the country, over 3 rounds during 2025.
