Allen Waxman brings over 35 years of experience as a trial lawyer, corporate counsel, CEO of a dispute resolution organization, and leader in AI transformation. He has led trial teams in major commercial and mass claims matters and served in national counsel roles, advised C-suites and boards, and led legal and business teams as the General Counsel at Pfizer, Eisai, and Roivant Sciences.
He most recently was the CEO of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, advancing innovative dispute management across industries. Currently, he is Of Counsel at DLA Piper helping the firm and its clients in the adoption of AI for legal practice. Allen has also served on the boards of a number of not-for-profits, including as Chair of the Boards of Equal Justice Works, the Thurgood Marshall Public Charter High School, and Day One. He is also currently the Vice Chair of the Board of Rising Ground.
