Director of Partnerships

Annie Reynoso is the Director of Partnerships at the Center for Justice Innovation, where she leads efforts to build and strengthen relationships that expand the reach and impact of The Center. Her work focuses on developing cross-sector collaborations with community-based organizations, corporate partners, civic leaders, cultural institutions, and other stakeholders to support the Center’s mission of advancing equitable justice systems and co-creating solutions with communities. Annie works closely with program teams across the organization to identify opportunities for collaboration, elevate community-driven approaches to safety, and connect partners to initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods and improve outcomes for people interacting with the justice system.

Annie brings a multidisciplinary background spanning public health, community engagement, and justice system reform. Throughout her career, she has worked across community-based organizations, government institutions, and nonprofit initiatives to design and implement programs that address community safety, health, and opportunity. Her experience includes leading training and capacity-building efforts, managing cross-sector initiatives, and working alongside residents, agencies, and local organizations to develop solutions grounded in community knowledge and lived experience. Through this work, she brings together diverse stakeholders to advance practical solutions for safer, healthier communities.
