Lorena Rodriguez is a court liaison for the supervised release program at Brooklyn Justice Initiatives. Ms. Rodriguez determines whether defendants are eligible for supervised release in lieu of bail. Prior to joining the Center, she was the alumni coordinator at Legal Outreach, Inc., a legal education nonprofit, where, along with her work with alumni, she oversaw the transition to college of 50 high school seniors per year. Ms. Rodriguez holds a B.A. in political science and sociology from Amherst College and an M.A. in human rights from Columbia University.
