Paul Plumitallo

Paul is the Workforce Development Specialist for UpNext, a fatherhood engagement and workforce development program of Midtown Community Court. Paul is responsible for facilitating employment workshops to prepare noncustodial fathers to enter the workforce. Paul also oversees the UpNext Fellowship Program and the Transitional Employment Program and serves as a liaison with Times Square Alliance and other employment placement partners.  Additionally, Paul provides individual job coaching and case management to assist clients in addressing barriers to employment. Prior to joining UpNext, Paul interned at the Suffolk County Department of Labor and has recently graduated from Providence College with a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies.
