Ramon Semorile came to work for the Center for Court Innovation in 2005 as a community service crew supervisor for Bronx Community Solutions. He assisted with developing the Community Service Department at Bronx Community Solutions, which includes outreach efforts to Bronx Community Solutions clients and building relationships with community worksites. Ramon’s role at Bronx Community Solutions has expanded to include intake specialist, team member with the DWI Initiative, as well as social service group facilitator in both English and Spanish, which led him to develop classes and programming for clients who speak Spanish. In 2013 Ramon completed a fellowship at Hostos Community College called We Are the Bronx Fellowship, uniting service providers in the Bronx and providing them with professional development in their fields. Ramon is the co-chair of the Bronx Re-Entry Working Group and the facilitator of the Re-Entry Anonymous Support Group, having started his advocacy efforts on behalf of returning citizens in 2010.
