Talia Warmflash

Deputy Chief of Staff

Staten Island Justice Center

Talia Warmflash serves as the Center for Court Innovation's Deputy Chief of Staff. She previously served as the Director of Youth and Family Programs at the Staten Island Justice Center. Talia began working at the Center in 2016 as an intern with the Training Institute. She has over 10 years of experience in the social service field. Talia has worked in a variety of different sectors, including juvenile justice, child welfare, homelessness services, and disaster relief. She is a licensed social worker and an alumna of the AVODAH Jewish Service Corps. Talia received her MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and BA from Brandeis University.
