Arianne Bennett is a court liaison for the Court-based Intervention and Resource Team (CIRT) at Brooklyn Justice Initiatives. In this role, she provides court coverage and works with defense attorneys and prosecutors to help mentally ill, nonviolent offenders receive mental health treatment. Previously, she was a case planner providing intensive home-based services to families at risk of having children placed in foster care due to parental mental health or substance use concerns. Arianne received her bachelor’s degree in politics and law and society from Oberlin College.
