Cheris McDonald is the fatherhood support specialist at UpNext, a fatherhood engagement and workforce development program of Midtown Community Court. As the Fatherhood Support Specialist, she provides individualized case management, parenting skills training, and assistance with navigating family court and child support issues. Cheris also co facilitates UpNext’s cognitive behavioral programming, fatherhood roundtable sessions, and organizes monthly co-parenting workshops. Cheris holds a B.A. in Business Management & Administration from Mount Saint Mary College. In 2017, she completed the Family Development Credential Program through the University of Connecticut.
