Emma Blackman

Case Manager, Project Hope

Emma Blackman is a case manager for Bronx HOPE where she works with individuals arrested for drug offenses by linking them to appropriate, individualized services in order to clear this offense from their records. Before working at BCS, Emma worked at St. Ann’s Corner of Harm Reduction as a program manager. She also has prior experience as a paralegal. Emma graduated from Oberlin College in 2017 with a degree in Psychology. She is glad to be working at BCS where her interests in harm reduction and criminal justice reform can be combined. When she isn’t working, Emma plays the saxophone in a number of bands.
