Jessica Dinac is a research and data associate with the Data Analytics and Applied Research team at the Center for Court Innovation. In this role, she provides on-site research and data support to Brooklyn Justice Initiatives. Prior to joining the Center, Jessica was a research analyst at Metis Associates, where she conducted mixed-methods program evaluations in the areas of education, youth development, child welfare, and violence prevention. Jessica holds a Master’s in Human Development and Social Intervention from New York University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Spelman College.
