Jordan Otis is the Deputy Project Director at the Midtown Community Justice Center. At the Center, Jordan has also served as an Associate Director of Community Programs (MCJC), a Planner on the Criminal Justice Operations team (Center for Justice Innovation), and a Planner at Newark Community Solutions. Jordan’s work has included broadening access to pre-arraignment diversion programs, leading fatherhood programming, launching youth development and enrichment programs, coordinating feasibility studies, and captaining community service/engagement efforts. Prior to his time at the Center, Jordan worked with at-risk students at the Middletown Youth Services Bureau and coached football at Wesleyan University, where he holds a B.A. and M.A.
