Julio Hernandez

Julio Hernandez serves as a social worker in the Supervised Release program of Bronx Community Solutions. Prior to that position Mr. Hernandez worked at the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter Inc. where he provided direct case management services to people living in supportive housing. Mr. Hernandez also served at NY Foundling where he worked as a Case Planner with children in foster care working to reunite them with their families or adoptive families. Mr. Hernandez received his Master’s degree from Hunter School of Social Work which has enabled him to use his community organizing skills in helping his local church organize events and do outreach.
