Michelle Guelbart

Deputy Director, Private Partnerships

Michelle Guelbart, MSW (she/her). Michelle is the Deputy Director of Private Partnerships at the Center for Court Innovation. She oversees strategy and implementation on individual and corporate relations. Michelle is a recognized voice in corporate engagement and human rights. With a decade of experience working in human rights, Michelle built the nation’s leading anti-child exploitation organization’s private sector engagement strategy from the ground up. She developed and launched industry-wide training about human trafficking for hotels and meeting professionals. Michelle’s work has been featured on CNN, the New York Times, Thomson Reuters, Skift, and Forbes, among other publications.

She served on the United States Department of Transportation’s Advisory Committee on Human Trafficking and Global Business Travel Association’s Women’s Travel Safety Task Force, was named a finalist for PCMA’s Advocate of the Year in 2021, Top 1,000 in Events for Social Responsibility & Sustainability by BizBash, 2019 In-Crowd 40 Under 40 by Connect Association, one of the 2018 & 2019 Top 1000 People in Events for Social Responsibility by BizBash, Hero by MeetGreen, and a Changemaker by MeetingsNet.

Michelle is currently an advisor to Meeting Professionals Against Human Trafficking. She graduated from Columbia University with her Master’s in Social Work.
