Stephanie Cedeno

Case Manager

Stephanie Cedeno received her Bachelor’s in social work and a minor in psychology from Rutgers University. She plans to continue her social work studies at Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work. During her undergraduate years, Cedeno was involved in various campus activities. She was associated with Rutgers’ International Leadership Exchange program, where she assisted in installing solar panels and solar suitcases in Puerto Rico for various schools and community centers that were most affected by Hurricane Maria. Cedeno also participated in America’s largest advocacy effort for Palestine in Washington, D.C, where she trained on political participation, community mobilization, and lobbied on Capitol Hill. Cedeno is currently a Case Manager at Newark Community Solutions, working with both adult and youth populations in the Newark Municipal Court. She is responsible for providing a range of court-based social services to adult defendants in the Newark Community Solutions community court program and the Newark Youth Court program.
