Police & Community: Strengthening Legitimacy

The Center for Court Innovation submitted this testimony to President Obama’s Task Force on 21^st Century Policing, which was asked to make recommendations to improve police-community relations. The testimony documents the Center’s observations from 20 years of working to improve relationships between New York City neighborhoods and the justice system.
